Swelling

Soft tissues are stimulated to reduce collection of fluids in swollen joints and improve the removal of tissue waste carried by the body’s lymph system.

Back Pain

The weight gained during pregnancy can contribute to frequent leg cramps and back pain. A massage can ease muscle tension and increase blood circulation.

Labor and Birth

Relaxes muscles and increases inflexibility which will make it easier for the birth canal to open up to accommodate the baby’s movements.

Postnatal Massage

Childbirth changes a woman’s body drastically, and many new mummies may find it difficult to adjust their new bodies and recover from postpartum delivery. This is why a good postnatal massage is important for women to recover smoothly and regain their pre-pregnancy body, especially for women who have had cesarean birth or experienced health problems post-delivery.

A postnatal massage will typically involve massaging the legs, tummy, breasts, back, shoulders and neck by our highly trained therapists.
